Game Set Go ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Game Set Go mobile application (the "Service"). 1. Information We Collect

Game Set Go does not require user registration, signup, or login. We do not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.

• App usage data and interaction patterns

2. Local Data Storage

The following data is stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences:

• Favorite games list

• Theme preference (dark/light mode)
• Ad removal purchase status

This data is never transmitted to our servers. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, this information will be permanently lost.

3. In-App Purchases

Game Set Go offers an optional in-app purchase to remove advertisements:

• Product: "Remove Ads" (one-time, non-consumable purchase)
• Processed through: Google Play Billing

Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies. The ad removal status is stored locally on your device.

4. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob as our advertising partner to serve ads within the app. AdMob may collect and use data to provide personalized advertising. This includes:

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID, IP address)
• Device information (model, OS version, language)
• Ad interaction data

You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by:

• Going to your device Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
• Resetting your Advertising ID

5. WebView Content

Games within Game Set Go are loaded through an in-app WebView browser. The websites hosting these games may independently collect data such as cookies, usage analytics, or device information. We do not control the data practices of these third-party game websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites you interact with through the app.

6. Children's Privacy

Game Set Go is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no account creation is required, no child-specific profiles are created.
